HUMAN-CENTERED LEADERSHIP AS A FACTOR IN INCREASING EMPLOYEES' MOTIVATION AND PRODUCTIVITY IN THE COMPANY
Abstract
The article examines the essence of human-centered leadership as a critical factor in enhancing both the motivation and productivity of employees within an organization. This leadership style, which places emphasis on meeting the individual needs of employees and fostering their development, is increasingly recognized as essential for modern companies. The paper provides a comprehensive analysis of current approaches to human-centered leadership, focusing on how this model drives employee engagement, improves labor efficiency, and contributes to achieving broader organizational goals. The study delves into various human-centered leadership models that are designed to create a supportive and empowering work environment. These models encourage active collaboration, open communication, and the alignment of individual goals with the overall mission of the company, ultimately fostering a culture of high performance. The article highlights the significant role of leaders play in shaping a positive organizational climate that enhances productivity by exploring the relationship between leadership practices and employee motivation. Moreover, the article emphasizes that leadership qualities aimed at understanding and addressing the unique capabilities and aspirations of employees are a pivotal factor in building a sustainable and successful organization. Leaders who adopt a human-centered approach contribute to long-term employee satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, all of which are crucial for organizational stability. The research also highlights the growing importance of adaptability in leadership styles, especially in the context of global economic changes and evolving employee expectations. The transition from traditional leadership methods to more inclusive and people-oriented strategies is becoming increasingly evident in modern companies, where the human factor is considered a core component of competitive advantage.
