METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF RESEARCHING CORPORATE ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN THE CONTEXT OF ENSURING INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of methodological aspects concerning the formation and diffusion of corporate entrepreneurship as a means to ensure the innovative development of modern enterprises. The purpose of the work is a comprehensive analysis of corporate entrepreneurship as an innovation mechanism and the clarification of the directions for developing its methodology based on the analysis and synthesis of scientific literature. The current stage of business and societal development is characterized by accelerated digital transformations, which defines innovation as a key factor for survival and competitiveness. The article emphasizes that in the context of transitioning to new economic paradigms ("Industry 5.0", "Agriculture 5.0", "Education 5.0", etc.) and the need to overcome the inertia of traditional structures, the concept of corporate entrepreneurship gains particular importance. In the course of the study, the essence of corporate entrepreneurship was clarified as the utilization of employees' entrepreneurial potential (intrapreneurship) within an economic entity. This is relevant not only for large corporations but also for private structures of various sizes. It was established that the emergence of corporate entrepreneurship is linked to the challenges faced by traditional businesses seeking to regain the dynamism of innovation and growth. It was determined that, despite global scientific efforts to identify key research directions, the methodology of corporate entrepreneurship remains complex and fragmented, necessitating further investigation in this domain. The decisive role of the human factor – motivation, creativity, entrepreneurial thinking, and soft skills – in the successful development of internal entrepreneurship is highlighted. The necessity of forming a favorable internal environment and effective stimulating mechanisms is substantiated. The specifics of implementing corporate entrepreneurship in Ukraine, especially in the agricultural sector, are examined. The prospects of partnership as an organizational form of corporate entrepreneurship, particularly in the context of cooperation between small agricultural enterprises and advisory services, are substantiated. The research findings deepen the understanding of corporate entrepreneurship as a key mechanism for ensuring innovative development, systematize perspectives on research methodology, and hold practical significance for developing an organizational model of partnership between small agricultural enterprises and advisory services.
