STRATEGY FOR THE TRAINING OF BACHELORS OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT IN MODERN INNOVATIVE CONDITIONS

Abstract

The article examines the problem of staffing, which requires a review of modern higher education with an emphasis on the quality of training of competent specialists, taking into account creative opportunities and satisfaction of personal and public interests. The level of professional education of bachelors was analyzed and suggestions were made for improving the strategy of bachelors' training based on professional standards in the qualifications market on the example of bachelors studying in the educational program of information technology management. The concept of training modern specialists, which must meet the requirements of the European and world labor market, is considered. It is shown that a specialist in information technology management at the bachelor's level of education should be able to combine basic scientific and practical training, master his field of knowledge perfectly. It is shown that the competitiveness of modern specialists in the field of information technology management is also ensured by a number of selective basic and specialized disciplines, which are introduced by a specific higher educational institution in accordance with the concept of training these specialists taking into account the specifics of training. The competitiveness of an information technology manager at the bachelor's level also depends on the individual and psychological characteristics of the future specialist, and also involves the development of social, personal, general cultural, general technical and professional competencies in the field of scientific research; organization and management; analysts; design; production and technological activity. It is determined that taking into account the indicators of quality training of modern specialists based on internal resources, in particular, highly qualified professors and teaching staff, training of IT specialists, levels of educational, methodical and logistical support. The concept of training specialists based on professional standards for the qualifications market is proposed. The need to expand the sources of acquiring professional educational skills, taking into account them at the regional level, is substantiated, which is reflected in the strategies and programs of the economic development of the state.
