ПОРІВНЯЛЬНИЙ АНАЛІЗ МІЖНАРОДНОГО ДОСВІДУ ІМПЛЕМЕНТАЦІЇ ПІДПРИЄМСТВАМИ СТАЛИХ ЦІННОСТЕЙ У КРИЗОВИХ УМОВАХ
Анотація
У кризових умовах імплементація сталих цінностей підприємствами набуває значення не лише нормативної чи репутаційної вимоги, а стає чинником збереження конкурентоспроможності, інвестиційної привабливості та безперервності операційної діяльності. У статті здійснено порівняльний аналіз міжнародного досвіду імплементації підприємствами сталих цінностей у кризових умовах 2021–2025 рр. Встановлено, що збереження сталих орієнтирів у періоди енергетичної, фінансової та геополітичної нестабільності забезпечується через поєднання інформаційних, фінансових, операційних і контрактних механізмів. Доведено, що ключову роль відіграють ESG-розкриття, ринок сталого боргу, сертифіковані системи менеджменту та корпоративні PPA, які забезпечують стабілізацію енергетичних витрат і підтримують декарбонізаційні цілі. Обґрунтовано, що для українських підприємств адаптація міжнародних практик має ґрунтуватися на прозорій звітності, стандартизації процедур, ESG-метриках та довгострокових енергетичних контрактах.
