ЕВОЛЮЦІЯ НАУКОВИХ ПІДХОДІВ ДО УПРАВЛІННЯ ТРАНСПОРТНИМИ ПІДПРИЄМСТВАМИ
Анотація
У статті здійснено глибокий аналіз еволюції наукових підходів до управління транспортними підприємствами. Здійснено оцінку історичної ретроспективи формування транспортного менеджменту від класичних логістичних практик до сучасних концепцій Supply Chain Management. Особливу увагу приділено генезі фундаментальних логістичних концепцій, кібернетичним та онтологічним моделям, ресурсно-орієнтованим, синергетичним теоріям стратегічного управління конкурентоспроможністю. Визначено новітні мегатренди менеджменту (діджиталізація, екологізація та забезпечення антикризової стійкості в контексті адаптивного управління транспортними підприємствами. Значний акцент зроблено на впливі цифрової трансформації (штучний інтелект, інтернет речей) та імперативах екологізації на формування новітніх парадигм менеджменту. Окремо досліджено специфіку управління транспортними підприємствами України в умовах правового режиму воєнного стану, визначено механізми їхньої адаптації, інституційної стійкості та стратегічного моделювання повоєнного відновлення.
