THE IMPACT OF DIGITALIZATION ON ENSURING THE FINANCIAL SECURITY OF ENTERPRISES
Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the impact of digitalization on ensuring the financial security of enterprises. The importance of ensuring financial security for an enterprise is justified given the importance of the enterprise's financial system. It has been determined that the financial security of an enterprise and its provision are influenced by many factors, among which special attention should be paid to those related to the processes of digitalization. Based on the analysis of recent studies and publications, it was established that the works of scientists have examined in detail the issues related to the study of the essence of financial security, the theoretical aspects of its definition and financial risk management. At the same time, the study of the impact of digitalization on financial security and its provision requires closer attention. The purpose of the article was to systematize the manifestations of the impact of digitalization on the financial security of enterprises and its provision. To achieve this goal, methods of analysis, systematization and logical generalization were used to highlight the prospects for integrating digital technologies into the activities of domestic enterprises and determine its potential impact on ensuring their financial security. The indicators of the Digital Economy and Society Index, which characterize the integration of digital technologies into the activities of domestic enterprises, were considered. It is proven that the process of integrating digital technologies into the work of domestic enterprises continues, and therefore they are becoming a factor that has an increasing impact on the functioning of enterprises and must be taken into account in the process of ensuring the financial security of business entities. It is found that digitalization creates both new opportunities for fulfilling the tasks of ensuring financial security and new challenges in the financial sphere, which are manifested in the emergence of new threats to the financial system of the enterprise or new requirements for building a system for ensuring financial security. The directions of further research in the field of financial security are outlined, related to the development of ways to modify the mechanism for its provision, taking into account the impact of digitalization.
