Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) in production processes, in particular its adaptation to the needs of employees at the local level. In the context of Industry 5.0, where collaboration between people and technology is a key aspect, it is important to focus on the impact of algorithms on working conditions. Recent trends in the development of AI open up new opportunities for automation, increasing productivity and individualization of work processes, but their integration requires an understanding of the needs of employees. The article analyzes the role of algorithms in shaping work practices and data visualization, which allow adapting technologies in accordance with local requirements. Examples of successful cases are considered, where enterprises have achieved a balance between the implementation of the latest technologies and supporting the labor potential of employees. Important aspects of such cases include not only the effectiveness of technological changes but also the adaptation of training programs that enable employees to enhance their skills and integrate new technologies into their work. The main results of the study emphasize the need to integrate algorithms into management systems that take into account the individual needs of employees and the ethical aspects of using AI. The aim of the article is to analyze the impact of AI on the work activities of employees at the local level and to study the mechanisms for adapting algorithms to the specific needs of enterprises. The research methodology includes a review of scientific publications, interviews with company managers and employees, as well as a questionnaire to assess employees’ attitudes towards the implementation of AI. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the development of an integrated model of adapting AI to the needs of employees at the local level. The findings confirm that a comprehensive approach to the implementation of AI, including active employee participation and proper training, is key to successful integration. The use of AI requires a thoughtful approach taking into account ethical aspects, which ensures the social responsibility of companies.
