THE ROLE OF TECHNOLOGICAL AND INDUSTRIAL PARKS IN ENSURING THE INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY OF ENTERPRISES AND ATTRACTING INVESTMENTS TO THE ECONOMY OF UKRAINE
Abstract
In today's environment, innovative development of enterprises of any form of ownership has always been the driver and engine of the country's economic development. Technological and industrial parks in Ukraine are the largest centers for enhancing innovative development and play a significant role in attracting investment. In recent years, the role of technology and industrial parks has increased, as they have significant potential to attract investment from foreign partners, governments, and private entrepreneurs. All of this will have an impact on the rapidity of innovative business development in Ukraine, contribute to the state budget, improve the quality of life, and affect Ukraine's ranking positions in Europe and the international arena. The article examines the specifics of the functioning of technology parks and industrial parks in Ukraine during martial law. The author proves that technology parks and industrial parks play a significant role in enhancing the innovative development of Ukrainian enterprises and analyzes the data on business innovation, the dynamics of the number of innovation-active enterprises, the structure and trends of sources of financing for innovation, and the dynamics of the number of innovative products introduced at Ukrainian enterprises. The impact of the war on the work, the state of financial and economic activity of enterprises is studied. The interpretation of the concepts of "technopark" and "industrial park" is considered. The experience of countries such as Germany, Poland and China in organizing the activities of technoparks and industrial parks is analyzed. The peculiarities of attracting various types of investments in domestic parks are studied. Support in the form of allocated funds from the state budget and a number of preferential preferences are analyzed. Successful examples of technological and industrial parks in Ukraine are identified. The problems and prospects for the development of technology and industrial parks are summarized, and recommendations for improving their work are formulated. The necessity of stimulating the development of technological and industrial parks in Ukraine to attract investment in the economy and innovative development of enterprises is determined, which is especially relevant during the war and post-war reconstruction.
