ANALYSIS OF THE ACTIVITY OF THE PASTA FACTORY AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF WAYS TO IMPROVE LOGISTICS SERVICE FOR CONSUMERS

Abstract

The article examines the activity of the pasta factory of PJSC "Khmelnytska Macaroni Factory", defines the areas of operation of the logistics service system for consumers, including supply logistics, production and warehouse logistics, transport logistics, and information logistics. It has been established that these directions are key, their analysis will allow to fully assess the effectiveness of the existing logistics system of the enterprise. Based on the results of the customer survey, the most significant indicator of logistics service is "Readiness of goods for delivery" (significance 10), which is due to the ever-increasing "time sensitivity" of the market, the desire of customers to increase turnover while reducing their own warehouse stocks. "Short delivery times" and "Exact delivery times" (significance 9.6 and 9.5, respectively) are also significant indicators of the quality of logistics service. They have almost the same importance for customers and the same assessment of the actual situation from the side of the enterprise. During the analysis of the activities of PJSC "Khmelnytska Macaroni Factory" a problem of inconsistency in the quality of input raw materials and materials purchased from non-main suppliers was revealed, which in turn affects all systems of the enterprise, including the logistics service of consumers. Ways to solve this problem were proposed, namely, the possible use of an electronic system of needs analysis PJSC "Khmelnytska Macaroni Factory", due to the need to improve the process of purchasing the necessary raw materials and services. In our opinion, the development and implementation of intra-corporate trainings or programs designed to train and improve the skills of specialists of the Khmelnytsky Macaroni Factory PJSC is a necessary stage of improving the system of assessing the quality of the company's logistics service. The novelty of the work is the study of the content of the logistics system of PrJSC "Khmelnytska Macaroni Factory" and ways of its evaluation. The obtained research results have a certain value for enterprises engaged in the sale of goods and logistics.
