MARKETING SUPPORT FOR THE ACTIVITIES OF THE HOSTING COMPANY

Abstract

The article deals with the current problem, which is connected with the formation of marketing support for the activities of the hosting company. The aim of the research is to define the essence and specifics of the marketing support of the hosting company. Because in today’s environment, companies that work on the Internet. The environment should be competitive through the use of modern marketing technologies, and recommendations should be developed to improve the efficiency of Internet marketing communications. The method of theoretical and empirical research is used in the work; it consists of elements such as analysis and synthesis of marketing processes in the enterprise, logical argumentation of consequences and effects of introduction of certain tools of promotion, comparing and generalizing the main differences online and offline promotion. The formation of marketing support is a complex process that begins with the marketing research of the market, enterprise and ends with the development of plans for enterprise development based on the production of competitive goods and services. During the development of marketing support, it is necessary to optimize the use of marketing resources. A marketing study of the hosting company’s activities has been carried out and has led to the identification of priority areas that will ensure increased sales, taking into account its competitive position. After analyzing the key factors of competitors that influence the consumer’s choice of hosting services, determined that hosting is the company’s main competitor. The main tool for influencing consumers is marketing communication policy, for which the Internet environment has become a central part of the struggle. In order to improve the planning of the promotion of services, the communication plan in the Internet environment has been improved by adapting the communication tools to the sales vortex. Advice provided on the use of digital tools at each stage of the crater sale. The practical significance of the study is to adjust the process of promotion of services by adapting the normal communication policy to the digital requirements of promotion on the Internet.
