СТРУКТУРНА АРХІТЕКТУРА СТРАТЕГІЙ РОЗВИТКУ ТНК У ЦИФРОВУ ЕПОХУ

Анотація

Запропоновано аналітичну модель структурної архітектури стратегій розвитку транснаціональних корпорацій у цифрову епоху. Метою дослідження є розробка моделі внутрішньої будови стратегії ТНК, що поєднує багаторівневе управління, цифрове ядро, платформно-екосистемну координацію та контур стійкості й безпеки. Методологічну основу становлять системний, історико-логічний, структурно-функціональний, порівняльний, інституційний і типологічний підходи. Показано, що традиційні підходи до стратегії ТНК доповнюються такими цифровими структурними елементами, як дані, цифрові платформи, штучний інтелект і кібербезпека. Запропоновано багаторівневу архітектуру стратегії ТНК, у якій корпоративний, бізнесовий, функціональний, регіональний і платформний рівні інтегровані у цифрове ядро. Створено основу для оцінки цифрової адаптивності, платформної зрілості та стійкості ланцюгів створення вартості ТНК.
