ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЯ ВНУТРІШНЬОГО РИНКУ ЄС ПІД ВПЛИВОМ «ЗЕЛЕНОГО КУРСУ»: НА ШЛЯХУ ДО СТАЛОГО РОЗВИТКУ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена дослідженню процесів трансформації внутрішнього ринку ЄС у контексті реалізації стратегічної ініціативи – Європейський зелений курс – яка є невід’ємним інструментом формування сучасної парадигми сталого розвитку. Стрімке зростання впливу екологічних пріоритетів на економічну політику ЄС вимагає зміни підходів до функціонування єдиного ринку та, водночас, зумовлює актуальність даного дослідження. Метою дослідження виступає аналітична оцінка певних структурних змін у внутрішньому ринку ЄС, що спричинені впровадженням цілей кліматичної нейтральності. Методологічну основу дослідження складають системний, порівняльний, структурно-логічний та функціональний підходи, які дають змогу виявити ключові напрями трансформації ринкової архітектури ЄС. В результаті дослідження встановлено вплив «зеленого курсу» на окремі сфери діяльності внутрішнього ринку ЄС, окреслено можливості адаптації національних економік до нових інвестиційних умов функціонування спільного ринку.
